– Pre-orders can be 100% refunded if cancelled 48 hours before the pick up or delivery date/time.
– If orders are not picked up within 2 hour of scheduled time, Fat Straws reserves the right to sell orders.
– Sorry, no refunds or credits for no shows or same day cancellations.
Mochi donuts are perishable and cannot be kept overnight for delayed pick-up.
Fat Straws does not offer refunds based upon customer error or palette preferences.
There are many opportunities to sample our products to make sure you will like what you order. Most items such as mochi donuts and drinks are available for individual purchase in-store.
Please note: We have a first-come first-served policy. We CANNOT set aside donuts if you are not in-store or purchase through our “Order Online” option.
